Our mission
Make South-Indian travel bookable in one minute — by anyone, in any language they're comfortable in, at the same price they'd get at the counter. No jargon, no hidden fees, no hold music.
One team that books your buses, tours, amusement parks, hotels and rental vehicles across South India — on a single call, with a single bill.
A Hyderabad-born travel desk that's been booking South India's trips since 2011.
BestBus started in 2011 as a small bus-booking desk in Hyderabad — two phones, one whiteboard of routes, and a promise that every traveller who called would talk to a person, not a machine. Word spread the way it does in India: an aunty told a colony, a colony told a college, and soon we were putting whole wedding parties on Volvos to Tirupati and Shirdi.
Fifteen years on, that desk has grown into an authorized partner of IRCTC, Telangana Tourism, AP Tourism, Karnataka Tourism, Ramoji Film City and Wonderla. The idea, though, hasn't changed one bit: real people on call, one bill for the whole trip, and no hopping between five apps to plan a single holiday.
Honest pricing and real people on call — travel planning without the runaround.

Every bus seat, hotel room and park gate in the region reachable from one friendly desk — so a family in Warangal can plan Ooty as easily as a techie in Bangalore books a cab.
From a single bus route to five verticals — here's how we got here.
A two-person bus-booking desk opens near Ameerpet, taking route enquiries over the phone and hand-delivering tickets across the city.
Official ticketing tie-ups with the state RTCs bring government bus inventory to the desk — festival rushes to Tirupati and Vijayawada included.
BestBus becomes an authorized booking partner for Ramoji Film City and Wonderla — day trips, park tickets and on-site stays from one counter.
TGTDC, APTDC and KSTDC tourism hotels plus cars, tempo travellers and mini-buses come aboard — the whole trip now fits on one bill.
The one-lakh-travellers mark goes by somewhere between a Sabarimala group and a school excursion to Wonderla. We celebrated with chai.
Pick your own berth on a live seat map, pay online and get the ticket on WhatsApp in a minute — with the same humans on 97054 41100 behind it.
A decade of trips, tickets and stays — here's what that adds up to.
Book a bus in a minute online, or call the desk and let a human plan the whole trip — either way, someone picks up.
